Noah Otuteye-BSc, FCCA, MBA
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Noah Otuteye was trained at Ernst and Young Ghana, a global firm of Chartered Accountants and has fifteen (15) years of extensive experience in accounting and have worked in various institutions across industries such as banking, telecommunications, real estate and audited the financial statements as well as the internal control systems of client’s in industries such as health care, automobile, NGOs, manufacturing etc.
He joined Amalgamated Bank (now Bank of Africa) as a Financial Reporting Manager responsible for financial and regulatory reporting to Bank of Ghana as well as other relevant agencies. Noah also worked As Finance and Treasury Manager with Eaton Towers (Telecommunications infrastructure service provider) in Ghana as well as South Africa.
Prior to joining Blue Power Energy, Noah worked with ABii National Savings and Loans as Chief Financial Officer and later had supervisory roles over banking operations, treasury, strategy, credit, deposit mobilization in his capacity as the Deputy Managing Director with wider enterprise wide responsibility that included information technology.
In his role as CFO of Blue Power Energy, Noah is responsible and instrumental in providing strategic management of accounting and finance functions as well as directing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. In addition, he oversees audits and technology decisions related to financial systems implementations and upgrades. As the CFO, he manages relationships with investors and identify business risks as well as hire, train and retain accounting and finance staff.
Godwin Nana Konduah Dickye
A Project and Construction manager with a 10 -years record of success overseeing all phases constructions, infrastructure project for government private-sector clients. Experience includes managing crews of up to 100 in Fuel Terminals, Pipelines, High-rise Residential Building and a variety of construction/ demolitions projects in Ghana and Nigeria. Experience includes safety quality Control; Supervising team members and subcontractors, writing project plans, reports, and Document Control, Preparing Bidding/Tender Evaluation Documents and awarding contracts, and controlling expenses.
Additional expertise in Computer Aided Design Highly Skilled in Construction Planning and analysis with strengths in project management. Aggressive in identifying and resolving inefficient operational processes. Strong team member, able to motivate coworkers to achieve optimal production rates while maintaining high safety methods and practices.

Nana doubles as the Managing Director for Nahid’s Properties and Project Manager for Nahid’s Construction and Engineering. Before this role he was the Terminal Manager for Puma’s Energy fuel Storage Terminal, prior to that woredas the project manager for the Terminals Construction. Also Consulted with TLD Global Services on a number of projects including feasibility Studies for Construction a 20MW Solar PV plant for Canaan Bulk Terminal – Nigeria.
Laos Being A member and a past President of Rotary Club of Sekondi-Takoradi from 2006 he has developed skills in team building, fundraising, public speaking, planning, organizing and communication. Also being a rotary lead has provided me with further experience in learning how to motivate, inspire and guide others and also support humanity.
